University: University of Delaware BS in Kinesiology and Spanish (2013) and MSc. in Biomechanics (2015). Currently pursuing Ph.D. in the Neurophysiology of Movement lab at the University of Colorado at Boulder

Background: Swam competitively from age 4 until 17, when I began running. Attended the University of Delaware on a running and academic scholarship. After two years of solid running, the university cut our programs and I began racing triathlon with the help of the USA Triathlon Collegiate Recruitment Program. 

Best Times: 9:17 Steeplechase, 14:48 5k, 24:47 8k.

                    4:56 500 free, 4:14 400 IM, 2:09 200 breaststroke, 1:58 200 backstroke

Career Highlights: 2017 Collegiate national draft legal champion

                               Raced in two elite ITU world championship duathlon finals (2012: Nancy, France; 2013: Ottawa, Canada)

                               3rd place REV 3 Rush Elite field

                               7th place ITU Bridgetown continental cup

                              12th place U23 Duathlon world championships (2013)

                              1st Delaware half marathon & Delaware resident record holder for the event

                               Course record holder at Luray Sprint & Olympic triathlon, Black Bear half ironman, French Creek Olympic
